Nice container

| These are a great size of container. A bag of flour is around 11 cups, but I don't use these for flour. I use these for items that I buy in bulk. I have grits in one, and popcorn kernels in another. I have many of these, and this is my favorite size so far. They also stack great. I have a few different sizes for my pantry, so you can mix them up to fit the most amount of products in one place. At wal-mart, they have these for under 6 dollars, and the larger ones (16 c.) for about the same price. |

| I own just about every one of the lock and lock products made. These are the best you can buy. I make home made ice cream and freeze it in the lock and lock and a month later it is still as fresh as it was the day I put it in the freezer. I store bread in the lock and lock and you can keep it for a week and it is still fresh. It saves you money because you are not throwing away a half a loaf a week because it has gotten to old. I will purchase more to freeze fish and meat in. They work excellent. |
Great for Brown Sugar!!

| I put some brown sugar in this type container and then we moved, and months later, when I next used the brown sugar again, it was still fresh and moist - not dry or firm at all! It's been a year and the brown sugar still smells fresh and moves easily, no pulling out a knife to chisel out some sugar for baking. I highly recommend these!! |
Great for Sugar Storage (Perfect for 5lb bag)
|

I have 2 of these for storing sugar, cake flour, or cornmeal. They seal great and I can open them one handed.
The most important thing for me was that they fit the contents of a 5 lb bag of sugar perfectly. (There is plenty of room to spare with a small 1.5 lb cornmeal bag.)
Note that they store the contents of a bag of sugar without much room to spare. So you have to use up the contents before you can refill. (This is how I prefer it because I like to wipe it out before refilling anyway.) |
At last a way to store my flour in an airtight container

| I am very happy with this item. I plan on getting more for my other items to store in the pantry. |
