| AAA Home Furniture Discounts lacks integrity should be avoided at all costs. I have dealt with hundreds of Sellers in the Amazon Marketplace and AAA Home Furniture Discounts is by far the worst. They misrepresented the product and refused to replace damaged parts, then taunted me and said they would win against any claim I might file. They are completely unprofessional and never even sent an order acknowledgment or shipping confirmation. DO NOT REINFORCE THIS BEHAVIOR! |

This product is dreadful. Only the bottom drawer holds files. The middle drawer is just another storage bin. It took forever to put together. Two of the boards arrived broken. It was missing several of the necessary guide holes. The tracking was placed on one side panel incorrectly, so the drawer appears crooked. It is a wobbly mess.

Don't bother with this expensive construction set. Many of the wood pieces came with chips; it takes forever to assemble, and even then looks uneven and doesn't glide in and out with ease. Just trying to get the screws in to assemble the drawers is so difficult it left us with blisters. We eventually tried to drill our own screw holes, but even then, assembling the drawers was a pain.
I would definitey return it if it didn't mean unbuilding it (which would surely take days and many more blisters...) I've ordered assembly required furniture before and have never had half the headache I've had with this piece. |
